Building the decision layer that the next decade of shipping will run on.
Fuelture Tech is an early-stage deep-tech venture applying AI forecasting and quantum-augmented optimization to bunker procurement — the largest, most volatile, and now most regulated cost line in global maritime shipping.
From manual experience to autonomous decisions.
Global shipping moves $14T of trade every year — yet a single voyage's bunker procurement still leans on subjective experience and reactive workflows, even as carbon regulation reshapes the underlying economics. We are changing that.
Fuelture Tech is purpose-built for the small and mid-sized fleet operators who face the same volatility and the same regulatory exposure as the global giants — but lack the in-house quant teams to translate signals into action. Our SaaS engine combines AI price forecasting, multi-objective optimization, and a quantum-ready architecture, delivered as a plug-and-play platform that pays back in millions of annual savings and a defensible compliance posture.
Built by operators who know the problem.
Two founders bringing together FinTech, digital finance, and large-scale optimization — translating an academic research stack into a commercial product for global fleets.

Specialising in digital finance and large-scale optimization. Owns operations, technical delivery, and platform architecture.
Anchored on world-class research.
Spun out of the National University of Singapore, Fuelture Tech is built on the research programmes of leading academic groups in AI forecasting and large-scale combinatorial optimization — and continues to be refined alongside them.
Born out of research at NUS.
Fuelture Tech was incubated within the National University of Singapore's research ecosystem and continues to draw on its faculty, infrastructure, and graduate research talent. Our forecasting and optimization engines began as academic work and were transitioned into a commercial venture with NUS support.
Prof. Ying Chen
A leading authority in AI forecasting and quantum decision-making. Anchors our prediction stack and the research agenda behind the quantum-hybrid optimization layer.
Prof. Thorsten Koch
Expert in large-scale industrial optimization algorithms and quantum computing. Anchors the design of our combinatorial decision engine and its quantum-ready solver path.
Prof. Ralf Borndörfer
Internationally recognized expert in operations research and combinatorial optimization. Advises on large-scale decision systems and operational intelligence frameworks.
Decisions, not dashboards.
Three principles guide every product choice we make.
Quantified, never subjective
Every recommendation is grounded in transparent quantitative analysis — risk is measured, not assumed.
End-to-end, not partial
We optimize across location, timing, volume, and carbon liability simultaneously — because real value lives in the trade-offs.
SME-first, by design
Our platform is plug-and-play so mid-sized fleets can capture the same intelligence the giants build in-house.
Built Within Singapore's maritime innovation network.
Beyond the academic foundation, Fuelture Tech operates inside the national maritime-tech ecosystem that Singapore has purpose-built for ventures like ours.
National GRIP · NUS
Fuelture Tech emerged from National GRIP at NUS — Singapore's Graduate Research Innovation Programme that turns postgraduate research into market-ready ventures. The programme catalysed our forecasting and optimization engines' transition from academic work to commercial product.
An early-stage venture, transparently so.
Fuelture Tech is a recently incorporated company. The forecasting and decision engines have been validated through a 4-month pilot with a Top 10 Global Carrier; our first commercial pilots are in development. We are talking to fleet operators, partners, and aligned investors — and we believe the right counterparties want to engage at exactly this stage.
